However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the efficiency of our service operations.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your pet’s grooming appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.
- Our deposit act serve as a confirmation of your appointment slot. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations made on the day of the appointment, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days and will be credited via the original payment method or through NEFT, as per the details provided during booking.

Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will accommodate your request at no additional charge.
